Mission Sunday in Chesterfield

Mission Sunday, yesterday was a joyful day for us. We were asked, along with all the Missionary Sisters in the Archdiocese to attend Holy Mass at St. Margaret Mary parish in Oakville, Missouri ((40 mins south of us). The Archbishop and several concelebrating priests officiated at the charismatic Mass. Afterwards there was a reception at the parish center for everyone. Each religious order had a booth with a display of their missionary articles. It was lovely to meet with the other Sisters from the different congregations and to learn more about them. Finally our new Archbishop (of St. Louis) approached us and it was a great joy to meet him. Only at the last minute we remembered to take some photos!!
