This morning, the 5th of January, 2026, we have had the great joy of welcoming Fr Scott, Fr Nels, and Fr Joseph, along with a group of deacons, seminarians, and three religious brothers, to our community here in Rome.  Every year, this group visits us to learn, hear about our missionary vocation, our Mother foundress, and our missionary apostolate.

It all starts with the celebration of the Eucharist, then follows a talk from one of our sisters about our Mother Foundress, Bl. Mary Theresa Ledóchowska, our Congregation, and our mission.  Followed by a recount of the mission secretariat on how we participated and helped missionaries who knocked at our door for financial support.  How projects are managed and how help is distributed in different dioceses in different countries.

This is the moment I like the most, time for questions from the participants.  Various questions and interesting curiosities.  We had a fraternal moment with a glass of orange juice, homemade cookies, and, not to forget, the Italian Panettone, which reminded us that we are still in the Christmas season.

At the end, in small groups, we took them to visit the room of Mother Foundress and then her tomb in our Chapel.  All in all, it was a wonderful and well-spent morning.  Thank you, Fr. Scott and your group, for giving us the opportunity to talk about ourselves and to meet future priests and missionaries for Jesus.
